Conditional Rezonings

This document shows conditional rezonings proposed for adoption as part of ATL Zoning 2.0. Most represent readoptions of existing conditional rezonings introduced and adopted after January 1, 2000. However, the first three in the list are new and seek to incorporate standards from existing SPI districts as conditional zonings.

It may be necessary to remove the "0" after the final dash for the search to work. For example, to see Z-02-010 you must type "Z-02-10" due to how cases are coded.
